TERMS OF SERVICE
1. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made through the VICINITY online store operated by:

These Terms apply to consumers and businesses purchasing products through our online store.
2. CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Product listings displayed in our online store do not constitute a legally binding offer by VICINITY.
By completing the checkout process and submitting an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
VICINITY may accept the order by sending an order confirmation, requesting payment, dispatching the products or otherwise confirming acceptance of the order.
3. PRICES
Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT where required.
Shipping costs and any other applicable charges are displayed separately during checkout.
For orders delivered outside the European Union, additional import duties, taxes, customs fees or payment-provider charges may apply.
4. PAYMENT
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
Payment may be processed by third-party payment service providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may additionally apply.
5. GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be redeemed through the VICINITY online store.
Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and are generally non-refundable.
Where an order paid using a gift card is returned, the corresponding refund may be credited back to the original gift card.
Gift cards may not be purchased using promotional discount codes unless otherwise stated.
6. DELIVERY
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a parcel is returned because delivery was impossible due to incorrect information supplied by the customer or another circumstance attributable to the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Local pickup is not offered unless explicitly stated otherwise.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law.

8. RETENTION OF TITLE
Products remain the property of VICINITY until the purchase price has been paid in full.
9. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Statutory warranty rights apply to defective goods.
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact support@vicinityclo.de.
10. PROMOTIONS AND GIVEAWAYS
Participation in promotional campaigns and giveaways is voluntary and subject to the specific rules communicated for the relevant promotion.
Prizes cannot generally be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded unless otherwise required by law.
VICINITY reserves the right to exclude participants in cases of fraud, manipulation or violation of promotional rules.
11. APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections granted under the laws of the country in which they normally reside.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Information about recognised consumer dispute-resolution bodies in the European Union, Norway and Iceland is available through the European Commission's consumer-redress resources.
VICINITY is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by applicable law.
